An organic I.G.P.-certified balsamic vinegar made from sun-ripened red grapes from Emilia-Romagna. The balsamic is aged in Modena and contains no added sugar, colorants, or other additives.
Serve with olive oil for a classic caprese or drizzle over a green salad. It pairs excellently in sauces and stews, or to drizzle over a piece of grilled meat with a sprinkle of sea salt.
